Currently based in California with her military husband and family, Boo is taking a break in running her own business focused on Sports and Physical Rehabilitation. She is also taking a break from working with military personnel, returning them from injury. She has an eclectic education with degrees in Fine Art and Sports Therapy and is always trying to further her training; she is now also qualified in Women’s Health Pre/Postnatal exercise and Pilates.
Originally from Northamptonshire, Boo had always enjoyed the company of animals, being surrounded at home by dogs, goats, cats, chickens. She spent time looking after her own pony daily after school and then whilst at university she spent weekends at home out riding.
As she has grown, Boo has always ensured fitness and fun are at the centre of hers and her family’s life. She still believes animals are key to compassion and kindness, and love seeing her young girls care for their dogs. Now her girls are old enough for riding lessons, she has seen their confidence blossom in the company of ponies, more so than in any other environment.
She is excited to be able to aid Steph in this challenge, to watch her succeed through adversity and disability. Boo is already humbled by Steph’s attitude and is looking forward to having some part in inspiring confidence in others.
