Equine Para-Adventures
"The impossible, can be possible"
Equine Para-Adventures (EPA) aims to provide opportunities for disabled adults to be involved in equine activities outside of classic equestrian centres/riding school set ups. These will take the form of challenges, adventures and expeditions, equine therapy type activities in 'real life' settings, and 'taster' sessions for disabled adults interested in working in the equestrian industry.
Through Equine Para-Adventures, co-founder Stephanie Quintrell, will provide presentations and motivational speaking to various communities about being a disabled adult involved in equestrian activities, with a focus on overseas expeditions/adventures and the aim of educating and inspiring others.
Steph will offer these presentations and talks to a number of sectors, and through speaking about her experience as a para-equestrian, most specifically in activities outside of mainstream para-equestrian sport, she will educate those listening about key topics relating to disability; inclusion, diversity, access issues, equity versus equality and disability awareness.
